Archet candle holder with Charolles candles

Archet, a ceramic candle holder signed by Adolfo Abejon, comes in elegant packaging, ready to be gifted for any occasion. The pouch and two Charolles candles are included.

The candles are made in France by Société Bourguignonne de Cires et Dérivés, a company founded in 1827 and certified as an "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (EPV), just like Manufacture de Charolles.

Its compact design stands out with the shape of its handle, a singular gesture that catches the eye and asserts its character. A central element of the piece, this handle creates a fluid and expressive line, both functional and sculptural. Due to its small size, it lends itself equally well to being displayed alone or as a duo.

This simple gesture evokes the candle holders that were carried to light the way. Its name refers to the violin bow (archet), suggesting a precise movement and controlled tension, subtly linking form, gesture, and function.

Each piece is made with artisanal savoir-faire, cast in ceramic, enameled, and then hand-finished. The slight variations that may appear attest to the unique character of each candle holder.
