Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, order error, etc.).
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned. This includes personalized products.
