Virtual Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Issue and validity

    • The virtual gift card is only available on our e-commerce site.
    • It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • After expiration, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

  2. Use

    • The gift card can be used exclusively on our site for the purchase of products.
    • It can be used once or several times until the balance is used up.
    • If the order amount exceeds the card balance, the balance can be paid by another payment method accepted on the site.

  3. Limitations

    • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, even partially.
    • It cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
    • In the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use, the gift card will not be replaced or refunded.

  4. Delivery 

    • The virtual gift card is sent by email to the address provided during purchase.
    • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided.

  5. Cancelation

    • The gift card cannot be cancelled after purchase.

  6. Responsibility

    • If you have any technical issues while using the gift card, please contact our customer service.

  7. Modifications

    • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase remain applicable for gift cards already issued.
